Had an issue trying to cancel a subscription and it didn't go through. I tried to catch it before it was shipped but something happened between my and email and the stores. We're not really sure how they didnt get received. After a panic for three days I called the store. Cindy, the owner personally reached out to me and handled everything about 2 hours after I left a message. I used to shop at euphoric herbals all the time spent a lot of money there. Then they hired the girl who wears all the ugly makeup and is rude and started insulting me because I had cancer and saw a doctor and was under cancer treatment as well as holistic treatment I quit going there she was rude and recommended things that were bad for my cancer lately I started going back on Saturdays because of the little blonde girl who was so pleasant and knowledgeable and I purchased quite a few things. staff was so nice and helpful. prices are so beyond reasonable and product quality is amazing. highly recommend to anyone seeking or interested in herbal medicine. will be coming back :)
