Had an issue trying to cancel a subscription and it didn't go through. I tried to catch it before it was shipped but something happened between my and email and the stores. We're not really sure how they didnt get received. After a panic for three days I called the store. Cindy, the owner personally reached out to me and handled everything about 2 hours after I left a message. This shop is amazing! Not only does it smell wonderful when you walk in, but the entire shop is full of natural light and very comforting. The staff are always so helpful and friendly too! I have loved every single tea I have purchased. Everything tasted so fresh and high quality and the prices are absolutely reasonable. My husband loved the teas I brought home so much, he decided to go check it out for himself and came back with even more flavors! This will definitely be a regular shopping stop for us!
