Had an issue trying to cancel a subscription and it didn't go through. I tried to catch it before it was shipped but something happened between my and email and the stores. We're not really sure how they didnt get received. After a panic for three days I called the store. Cindy, the owner personally reached out to me and handled everything about 2 hours after I left a message. I used to shop at euphoric herbals all the time spent a lot of money there. Then they hired the girl who wears all the ugly makeup and is rude and started insulting me because I had cancer and saw a doctor and was under cancer treatment as well as holistic treatment I quit going there she was rude and recommended things that were bad for my cancer lately I started going back on Saturdays because of the little blonde girl who was so pleasant and knowledgeable and I purchased quite a few things. Wow- now I know why they call it euphoria!!! I’m on cloud 9 knowing a place like this exists on the eastern shore, but also within driving distance for me. Great pricing, great items, great help.
