Very disappointed with my experience. This place might have once been amazing, but it is now falling apart. About hair experience: I was going to get a style I had never done before and I called the salon prior to my appointment to ask how I should prep my hair. The first person on the phone sounded uncertain, so I asked them to put someone else on the phone that could answer. Kenya did a superbly amazing job maintaining and retwisting my locs! Plus, the business has such chill vibes— and all of the employees (and owner) were extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommended!

So amazing to have such an awesome and affirming salon here in Vermont! Kenya was amazing with our daughter and I’ve never seen our daughter so excited to have her hair braided!
