I was given a Living Social deal for a gift and I was excited to get a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial or foot treatment. I called a number that turned out to be a cell phone judging by the terrible reception. The person was unable to tell me what the foot treatment was so I went with the facial--huge mistake! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I showed up to this office building off the 394 frontage road, which seemed to be closed. There were no cars in the parking lot. I called and they told me to wait for someone to let me in. Another car pulled up and let me into the building, this woman was also the service provider. She took 25(!!) minutes to set up for me and once I was on the table she took another 10 minutes to start the facial. Her nails were long and dirty and all I was thinking was 'why am i still here?'
