Was going to walk in to have a look at rings and get my partner sized for a engagement ring, but was basically shut down at the door. The woman working implied that we would be priced out automatically before even speaking to us. In her words "the sizing is usually free for our customers but since you won't be customers there will be a charge", left a really bad impression, won't be returning. Bad service. I had my own pounamu (New Zealand jade stone), and the jeweller beautifully set it in gold with a small diamond. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional. Highly recommend their thoughtful and beautiful work.
I just popped in for a clean and polish of my engagement ring and wedding band and Anastasia and Art were wonderful to deal with, extremely fast turnaround time and I was stunned to see my ring so shiny I was genuinely surprised! I've never had my rings cleaned before and wasn't sure the process but they made it super easy. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!
