I had a hair coloring done at this salon, it was a disaster. I explained clearly the color I wanted even with photos. I ended up with a very dark color mixed with discoloration of highlights. It looks horrible and not what I wanted. I was there for four hours and the color was left on my hair for most of the time I was there. I don’t recommend this place for hair coloring.

If i could give zero i would ...i had appt & no one seemed to know anything about it! Sat for 30 minutes & still was not taken ...do not bother going thete what a waste of time!

This is the only place I come to get my hands and feet done along with all my waxes. I’ve been coming here for years! It’s the best place in Ohio!! Tony is the best on feet. Jenny the best on hands. Dimple is the best on wax. Ilese is the best in massages and’s facials! And Casanudra can help you with anything you need. Very professional, clean and friendly! But most importantly very very talented team of professionals!

The massage therapist did a good job. However, she was 15 minutes late and I was told I would get an extra 15 minutes, but I did not. I simply received my full 30 minutes, no extra. the table was too high and although there was a small step stool under the table it was not placed by the table for me to use. the therapist was very hard to understand also. if I didn't have a good massage this rating would have been terrible.
