The staff were polite and welcoming, but I didn’t have the relaxing experience I was hoping for. The therapist’s massage technique felt quite heavy and lacked the gentle, soothing touch expected during a spa treatment. It seemed they may still be gaining experience or could benefit from additional training. I also felt the spa could improve its ambiance by creating a more serene atmosphere and using a pleasant, calming scent. My mom went for a lash lift and they burnt her eyelid and caused severe eye irritation. Her vision went blurry for a day... She also got a wax and it was entirely too hot. She was very disappointed with her experience there, however, manicures are well done, no complaints there.

I appreciate the warmth and kindness that I feel and receive when I am there. Also, the professionalism and ability of each of the beauty technicians. They always do a wonderful job. I feel pretty after visiting. 😊
Very sweet lady who spoke good English did my nails exactly how I needed. I need them super short for massage. I think her name was Tu.
