Every time I walk in for gel polish only, the owner interferes in the conversation, speaks another language to her employee and then says she’s booked for the day and she never offers to schedule for another day. Terrible customer service.
I went looking for a new nail salon and happened to get there when a different client had canceled their appointment so I was able to take their slot. I had the best nail experience of my life, the owner is so skillful and she took her time doing my nails. Each nail is filed to absolute perfection, and not a single drop of polish out of place. I usually get my eyebrows done here but, today I also got a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure over my natural nails. Eunyi and her new tech did such a great job. They were both awesome. I am very pleased. Thank you so much for making my upcoming trip worry free! 🩵🥰🩵
