If I could rate these ladies ten stars, I would. This place is a hidden GEM & I am beyond thankful my chiropractor recommended them. Amy & Shaleem coordinate my care plan to reach the maximum benefit for healing an injury and relaxing my body overall. I leave there not only feeling better but I learn something new from them about how the tissue in the body functions. Do yourself a favor and book the massage. (I'd recommend the subscription because you will want to go back!)

THE BEST massage place I’ve ever been to, and the best in/around Charlotte. My massage therapist listened so well to everything I’m having issues with, and the 2 times I’ve seen her, she’s done work that relieved pain in 1-2 days. My husband and I signed up for the membership and we ABSOLUTELY recommend!
This was by far one of my best experiences at Wellness/massage studio. Shalmeen was amazing and made the experience 100/10! I am an athlete. I do a lot of running and bouldering so my body was quite tense, but after the session, I noticed a difference with the release in my shoulders and throughout My body! I signed up for a membership ! Looking forward to my next session.
I have seen both Amy and Elissa for massages. Both are absolutely amazing 🫶 I have seen Amy for therapeutic deep tissue massage, and I have seen Gabrielle for prenatal massage. Every time I leave, my body feels so much better! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
