First time using Eunoia and was due to a referral. Shalmeen helped me loosen up some stubborn tight areas in my lower back and gave me great tips for self care. Excellent experience and will definitely return!
I've been looking for a new massage therapist since mine went on maternity leave and I'm so happy I found this place. I've had lots of soreness in my calves and hamstrings from running, and Shalmeen took great care of all my issues. Not many massage therapists have that level of touch where they can feel their way around tightness and immediately understand exactly the pressure your muscles need, but Shalmeen definitely has a gift.
