First time having a massage in more than a few years. I’m currently dealing with profound personal loss; Rachel’s massage felt like a small step toward healing my broken heart. I was able shift my focus away from the paperwork and phone calls for a while, allowing my shoulders and neck muscles to let go of the grief for a blissful couple of hours. Amy always knows just what my body needs. I had a shoulder replacement and the fascia/muscles surrounding the bicep are super tight. She has used cupping and the muscle scraper tool to help relieve the tightness. Her space is so relaxing and quiet. I leave feeling so rejuvenated.
