I’ve been going to Kathleen for the past couple years…and there really are no words I went through a very scary health issue and my hair became very thin and broken-I was a mess…mentally, physically, and emotionally. She is incredibly compassionate and when I wanted her to bleach my hair….. she recommended that we not do that.
