I saw Dr. Kwon recently...my other 2 previous Drs. were there also at St. Agnes Bldg. on Rt. 40 (Baltimore National Pike) Catonsville. My 1st Dr. left suddenly stopped practicing there. No warning or goodbye letter. 2nd retired... Then I see Dr. Kwon 1 time. Then I get a letter right after that saying she does not take my insurance Priority Partners anymore! I am so upset! I had an appointment on 6/23/2025. I received a message on 6/22/2025 to confirm and another one on 6/23/2025 to check in for my visit. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and I was told my appointment was canceled. I told the receptionist about my messages and she went to speak with Dr. Kwon to follow up. When she returned she was very apologetic, she advised me that Dr. Kwon said my appointment was canceled weeks ago and she would not be staying passed her last visit to see me. Dr. Kwon was great. I was taken back in time, the appointment was quick yet thorough, and Dr. Kwon helped with any questions I had. Akeem was also very kind and helpful.
