This was my first visit as a client, and overall, I had a positive experience. I had fully intended to return, but when it came time to settle the remaining balance, I noticed an unexpected additional $30 charge. I was told this was for additional products used during the service yet I was neither informed about this beforehand nor asked whether I wanted them. Love Ebony! Ebony has pressed and braided my hair and I always leave loving my hair. She is not scissor happy and will only cut what needs to be cut. Also, when you take your braids out, it won’t be gunky and full of gel. If you’re on the fence, book with Ebony!
