Better follow up with them and be sure they file your insurance correctly or even file it. I had insurance that covered 100%, "0" out of pocket after deductable which was met 3 months prior. I received bills for my blood work that should have been paid. Due to receiving the bills way after my insurance renewal date I couldn't even debate the bills. They sent me to collection for their substandard filing practices and charging me for their ignorance.
