Brian and his staff are awesome!
Friendly and helpful.
My mom called today and she was speaking English, but since her native language is Spanish, she has an accent and a bit of trouble, but you can still understand what she is trying to say. I don’t know who answered, but she was so rude. She dismissed my mom’s request for an appointment and told her “Sorry, I don’t speak Spanish” and hung up instead of trying to work with her. Horrible service.
