Started me on 6 months of weekly allergy shots, and 4 months into the treatment quit her job with no replacement and gave all her patients 2 weeks notice to find another doctor on their own. Knowing that the shots could not be continued out her New York Prespeterian Office as the Allergists mix their sermons differently and missing 2 weeks of shot voids the process anyway. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Kwak again after she moved to a different location. She was my allergist before, and I always appreciated how thorough, kind, and knowledgeable she was. She takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and her treatment plans are thoughtful and effective. Highly recommend Dr. Kwak if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their patients! She has excellent bed side manners.
She gave me Amoxicillin said I wasn’t allergic even though I told her I had itching and numb lip. The next time dentist gave it to me I had a full blown reaction with rash, edema,severe itching. Doesn’t listen to patient. She also told me in a very condescending manor I should stop telling people I am allergic to Amoxicillin. Would not recommend this doctor

Dr Kwak’s staff is always friendly and professional. Dr Kwak herself is attentive and thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone suffering from allergies.
