Was trying to find a gym, while I was in town, that had the Expresso Smart bikes, and tried this one. Super friendly staff, clean equipment, music at a reasonable volume, and it wasn't crowded. I got on my smart bike for a couple hours and was happy as could be. Would gladly pay for another day pass here next time I'm in town!
Great for community service etc
A very nice two-story recreation and fitness center for seniors (60+ YO) who live in Euless Texas. It's NOT open evenings. It is NOT open weekends. The fitness equipment is well maintained. There's also a library, indoor basketball court, and cafe with plenty of tables. a pool with a lifeguard for a small extra fee. I'm very impressed. Everyone is very friendly here.
