Went to Dr. Euler to see about getting a filling replaced. He said it was fine nothing wrong with it but I did need to get in for an exam full set of xrays and cleaning. So I went to another dentist for the same problem...yes the filling did need replacing and there was also decay on the other side of the tooth as well. Seems like Dr. Euler was just interested in exams, xrays and cleanings??? The things practice building seminars are made of.
very unprofessional and disrespectful front desk. The front desk person neglected to file the claim to the new insurance card, I made the new one available via email when I requested the appointment. When the front desk person filed the claim, she did it to my old insurance. So, it was rejected by dental insurance. Days later, the front desk lady was on the phone demanding for payment or else.
