Had Mr. P****** grandson out to repair our chimney. After a year and a half we find the work he has done is deteriorating. Contacted company, spoke with pleasant female associate while someone was speaking loudly over her or to her on phone. Soon, the grandson who did the work got on the phone. Bottom line, he was rude, explained no warranty was given and Ohio weather is the cause and he won't guarantee anything. Mr. ******* called and left a voice mail on March 15, 2021 demanding I come take a look and repair the chimney under warranty (I have the voice mail - not once did he mentioned a fair deal on the re-repair). I checked the system on when we completed the work which was on July 9, 2019. The issue with the chimney in which we were called originally was to repair caulked joints on the chimney. Very satisfied with the work done by Eulas Phillips Masonry. I was running out of time to get Masonry work done due to cold weather but Justin was there the next day (after I called) and completed the work the same day.
