Attention to detail
Refused to listen to my concerns, then completely lied on my chart and flat out refused to change her notes when confronted with the truth just because she had a disagreement with me and does not like me. Very vindictive.
Dr. Hanley treated me horribly. She made me wait for 2 months before scheduling me for my spinal injections. This is continuing care and they have been doing these to avoid surgery at this time. After I arrived to what I was told was going to be my injection I have been waiting every minute to get because of the pain I was told by Dr. Hanley that they never received my paperwork from the VA and could not do it. Horrible, life changing experience with Dr Hanley. She's very disconnected and doesn't listen to patients. A simple procedure landed us in the hospital for 29 days and she wouldn't even return a phone call to help us navigate and a week later she left her office in Arkansas abruptly with zero follow up. I never write reviews but feel morally obligated to warn others. She's grossly negligent. Horrible physician.
