Staff communication is absent. You can call 10 times for a referral request. Everytime you call for the same thing, it’s like you call the first time. Each one of the MAs tells you that they will call you back or have the person in charge in that department call you.. No call back! They don’t send referral after you see MD Menendez and he verbally tells a patient that he will refer to a specialist. I have been coming here for years. Recently though the office staff has been totally incompetent.I had a visit with another Dr.and needed a referral. They had no idea how to get it to me the said they sent it. This was not the case and a week later they still don't know where it is. The referral lady quit and they have outside people answering the phone. I need to change doctors!
My husband I have gone to Dr.Mendez for 12+ years he is always sincere and compassionate to us I have stage 4 kidney disease and always encouraging and informative as well as in communication with my Nerphologist My husband has heart issues,and Prostate cancer he is so encouraging and informative We highly recommend him His staff needs help
