We had such a wonderful experience at this dental office\! My grandma and grandpa were both seen here, and the entire staff did an amazing job making them feel comfortable and well taken care of\. I went to this office for an exam and cleaning using Medi-Cal. The visit was pleasant enough initially—the dentist and her assistant were nice, and the dentist performed the cleaning herself rather than a hygienist. However, I was told that I had a “broken” filling that absolutely needed to be replaced. I was also told that Medi-Cal would not cover the replacement because, according to the office, Medi-Cal only covers fillings when they are needed because of decay, not when a filling is broken.
