I used to have several pain in one elbow, and I spend to much time and money with other doctors and they did not find any cure for my problem, one friend of mine has an appointment with her and I went with my friend that day to see Dr. Rullan, after she finish with my friend I ask told her about my problem I show her the area where I have more pain and she told me that she can fix that pain with one injection, so she ask me to make an appointment and I did, she inject me something and after 3 day I was perfect without paint,... read more
Dr. Rullan literally saved my life. My first visit I was so bad off I told her I was going to jump off the Sunshine Skyway Bridge becase the pain was too great. She asked for 2 weeks to see if we could turn it around for the better. Needless to say, over 2 years later I am happy, functional and LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. R for saving me.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rullan's at Arthritis & Rheumatism for at least 5 years. I have nothing but praise both for her, her assistant Tanya, and for the entire staff of caring professionals. Dr. Rullan exudes warmth, intelligence and excellence in her care. She is patience personified, willing to listen and discuss treatment options. Dr. Rullan is a physician at this practice. She is wonderful. Spends as much time with you as necessary and doesnt make you feel she has to go anywhere until you are done. Nurses are very good and personable. All the staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.
