I had my my second gum surgery with Dr. Prokopets. As with the first surgery, she did an outstanding job and I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor. I have great confidence in the quality of her care and her professional judgment.
I am not sure one can say that a dentist appointment is a pleasure, but it is a pleasure to meet Dr. P and her team and to feel that my teeth are in careful and competent hands.
Dr. Prokopets is a knowledgeable and experienced professional, who can clearly explain findings, treatment options and post-op steps. She has a very pleasant personality. She has successfully restored bone, and implanted anchors for crowns. Her preventive therapy included removing a maxillary bone spur capable of irritating gum tissue. The worst experience interview job. This doctor is not honest she makes me work hard for two full days in her office and she’s supposed to be call me after and no phone call or texts. I did call her few times and tex no response so I did call to her from desk office and left a message for her and finally responded and she said do not call to my office and she said I don’t have to pay you nothing because is no agreed upon payment.
