Here's the thing, Eugene Williams is a great doctor but their policies are not. I take Lexapro a antidepressant for anxiety. I've taken it for years now and works great! The problem is evey so often they will stop writing the refill and make you come in. Now, I've spoken to many people on this issue. If the medicine is working and everything is great, then why in the world would I have to come in just for appointment to get a refill? I'm writing this review in response to the service I received on 7/13/21. My previous PCP retired and Dr. Williams was highly referred to me by another one of his patients. Against my better judgement of patronizing a medical facility on the southside of town, I made the appointment which was set for 2 weeks prior. I later received a phone call 2 days before the appointment letting me know it had to be pushed back almost a month out. I obliged and rescheduled. I am leaving this review on behalf of my elderly mother who was treated very disrespectfully by this doctor's office. The issue is not really with the doctor himself, my mother has seen him a few times before and he was very kind and professional.
