Dr. Schimpff was VERY thorough and has an EXCELLENT bedside manner. He really listens and recommends the best course of treatment for his patients. He has brought long sought after relief to my condition. Staff is equally amazing and efficient.

Dr. Schimpff was very thorough, took his time to go through my complicated medical history and highly empathetic in understanding my pain. GREAT bedside manner! The staff was pleasant and super efficient in scheduling my procedures and tests. I highly recommend "Dr. S"... (Would give 5 stars, but parking is a beast!)

I saw Dr. Cramer because I was unhappy with my then pain doctor. I was extremely impressed with her. I had been getting treated for L5 back problems and she said she thought I had avascular necrosis in my hip, she was correct. I went to my hip specialist and know am getting a new hip. Thanks to her I will son be pain free!

Dr. Cramer has been amazing! We moved here 5 years ago from Maryland, having to leave my pain management doctor of many years. Dr. Cramer filled the void and then some! She is gentle, friendly and so competent. She had performed many procedures on me as well as pain management. When referrals were needed for orthopedics and neurosurgery, her suggestions were very appropriate. I have recommended her freely and without reservation to friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Cramer for over 8 years to manage my chronic lower back pain. She and her staff or just terrific. She has been through 2 major back surgeries and 2 rotator cuff surgeries. All require the management of Hydro/Oxycodone for chronic pain. She and her staff help me tread that fine line between pain relief and addiction. I have received injections in my lower back from Dr. Cramer, she is the only doctor I will let stick a needle anywhere near my spinal joints.

My experience with Dr. Cramer and her staff was great. She is caring, friendly and answers questions fully. She was careful and caring as she did the tests that I needed to be done. Dr. Cramer is obviously very competent. Her staff were friendly and the wait at the office was minimal. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. It is very reassuring to know that, if in the future I need services, that she is available. I am very grateful that my surgeon recommended her.........

She is very compassionate as well as her staff. I always very bad neuropathic pain and together, we have devised a plan that seems to be working fine. She never treats you as a "pill seeker" but as a true pain patient unless you are a seeker! I am from Pittsburgh, and I get much better care here than I received in a city with so many pain specialists. I get the usual urine tests, but I welcome them, so that the Social Security Administration and Dr Cramer knows that I am very compliant.

Spent adequate amount of time discussing my pain issues. no hurry to cut short appt. well organized office and staff. only complaint would be inferior waiting room-too small for number of patients schld.
