I have been with Allstate for over 41 years. When our family relocated to another state, we looked for an Allstate Agency that would be as great as our agency in NY. It has been great working with all your staff there. There is no substitute for being able to call or drop in and have personal service with any of you. Prompt and efficient service always whatever our service or needs are. Moving to new area is never easy, establishing new contacts one of the hardest things. Our experience with the Allstate office has been great so far. We like the ability to drop into your office when we have concerns or specific questions. The office staff have been cordial & helpful in starting our Renters Insurance here in Delaware..

Very understanding of my financial situation and helpful through the whole process. Also, I needed insurance ID cards printed out in order to get my car through inspection that day. Even though the office was closing they waited for me to show up and handed me the printed ID cards. Such a blessing. I am very pleased with the kindness and understanding of my needs. Very professional. Thank you.

I work with Allstate agents from Maryland and Delaware. I have NEVER had a bad, frustrating or irritating experience. Really. The agents are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. I most recently worked with Koch Insurance Agency and felt that John Koch as well as the other agent I spoke with went well above and beyond in trying to assist with my needs. I plan on getting in touch with an agent from Delaware, soon, in order to insure my second home.
