I had seen Dr. Tanquilut for needing shunt or graft for dialysis. I was very impressed with the doctor he was excellent in explaining the procedure to myself and my family. Unfortunately from there it went downhill fast. I was told surgery was September 14 th, and I would receive a phone call prior to surgery with instructions and time to be there.
