I should’ve trusted my gut in that someone who can’t answer the phone is not a service you should trust. You must leave a message and wait at least a day before they call back. First red flag. Backflow device marked up at least $100. Second red flag. Date of service, left without the system properly functioning. Didn’t test it, didn’t know. Arrived with a text notice early in the time frame. Replaced the bad head, provided advice on watering schedules and an option for future changes if this setup continues to underperform.
Gentleman came out was shown what the concerns were and he fixed it in no time at all. He left with enough trust in us that he said he would just email the bill. Will definitely use Eugene Sprinkler Service again.
Excellent service. Makai knew what he was doing. He was very efficient. Highly recommend.
