This office see"s alot of patients and sometimes there's a bit of await.The staff and the doctors have been very kind and helpful.
Extremely unhelpful staff. Never actually saw a doctor here so I can’t speak to that. However, every time I spoke to the referral coordinator he was rude and unhelpful, repeatedly saying the same thing without listening to anything I was saying. Half the time when you call you get an answering machine anyway.
Dr. Donnan is great, but the front end of the practice absolutely sucks. The referral desk is abysmal. I’m the patient, am ill and in pain and the referral person was snarky Like it’s my problem that they can’t coordinate with other providers. Horrid. I had a problem with the receptionist being rude and disrespectful. I wrote her clinic manager. What have I heard back? Crickets. Its taking me allmost 6 months since my sons passing to write something. Im sure this will not be the only review i make as i am a mother of a 23 ye old son who was taken from me way to soon. So many un answered questions. Im letting the lawyer gather all evidence. As i had a bunch also. I cannot go into detail , but i will say this my son was in the hospital on the 25 th of dec. The physician and medical assistants are good, but to get through the front office is a nightmare. There is obviously a disconnect between the front and back office. Why would a medical practice want to have a front office that is so rude and unkind. It's a mystery.
