The doctor was pretty good, the nurse was okay...
My kid was sick and ended up having to stay in the hospital for a few days, and I ended up having to cancel my appointment to be with her. It was a same day cancellation, and I really wish I would have called the day before, but I thought she may be able to leave. Unfortunately that was not the case. When I called to reschedule they told me I had to get a new referral due to being a no call no show (which is not true). I gave one star review yesterday after dealing with one of the front staff who has been very disrespectful on different occasions and I was extremely frustrated for the way she had handled our situation and I see from other reviews here that there are other patients who’ve complained about the front staff…customer service matters no matter how good the doctors at this clinic are patients will go elsewhere if they’re repeatedly treated with disrespect and lack of competency by front office. I was impressed at how much kindness I was greeted with today at my intake the front desk was very kind an informative. The nurse that I work with was very professional an the doctor gave me a comprehensive plan to suit my needs in having CKD an what its all about I walked away well educated on my condition I'm blessed to have such a great support team on my journey....4/24/24.
