Not very reliable. The audiologist not very nice either. Receptionist are terrible of getting back to you. Will see new audiologist after our last appointment.
I called to get information and hoped to make an appointment I did not get far with this rude recpetionest I am deaf and in search for an audiologists to replace or puchase an hearing aid. I got this place though my insurance network. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the wait for an appt. Once I got to the appt the receptionist and audiologist were both very nice. I have anxiety issues and was nervous and he explained each step before it happened, so that helped to calm me a bit. Also got some insight into the symptoms I've been having with my ears that I never would have associated with tmj. No other doctor has brought that up in the 10 years I've been having these issues.
Waited three months to see this doctor. Less then an hour before my appointment they called to tell me I needed a referral from my doctor. I told them Medicare does not require a referral for a hearing test. I was told yes they do for seeing an audiologist. Will be looking for a different audiologist. They had three months to look at my insurance.
