Had my first visit for a cleaning and short visit by Dr. Fife. The cleaning and visit were fine, but after the insurance payment from Met Life Dental, my co-pay came to $302. I have never had a co-pay even close to this amount. After talking with the staff, no accommodations were made. I said they were losing me as a patient, as well as my girlfriend, who cancelled her first visit after seeing my bill.
Shelbee at the front desk was so wonderful and helpful. My hygienist Rochelle was gentle, kind and I actually enjoyed my cleaning which is very rare for me. Dr Furgason was thorough, knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. I’m so happy to have found my dental clinic after years of searching.
Excellent experience as always. I appreciated being squeezed into the schedule on short notice.
I've been going here for years, and I couldn't be happier. Very nice people who do very good work.
Every time I visit Dr. Furgason and his team I get the most professional care with great kindness !
