Very easy and dare I say fun? Well, it wasn't awful. Good peeps!
Received extremely great service all around. We called and Ivana on the phone first, who recommended we come down and take a look at the spaces. Once coming to the Eugene location and being helped by Brian we rented the space we needed. Facility was clean, well lit, and secured. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants great service.
Very good customer service and care and compassion demonstrated from first interaction with them. Honest and care about their renters. I'm glad I picked this place.
The place was amazing and the people are even more amazing!! They were kind, helpful, knowledgable, and helped us find the size that worked best for us! I am glad I choose this storage facility and am very happy with the service and staff!!!
