Performed craniotomy for my sister after emergency aneurysm rupture. Cancelled all followup appointments in the following months. Sister ended up with a large infection. Disregarded emergency visit. Infection got worse, ended up in another hospital for a cranioplasty to remove the infection. You make your choice after reading that. Good luck, dont hold your breath on him. May be a good surgeon but complete neglect with followups or complications.
