Wow, a free dump station at the sewer plant. I don't know why every city doesn't do this.
This dump is right on River Rd in a horseshoe shape. There are two stations so not much reason for a backup of waiters. Non-potable water for hose rinse and wash down if you spill. It is use your own hose. No fresh water available at this site.
