Honestly, this was an exceptionally pleasant experience at a medical office. I called ahead because I was running behind, and the person on the phone was kind and understanding, and just told me to get there within 15minutes of the appointment time. When checking in, the front desk person was very welcoming and I expected the usual attitude for being late, but nope! I so enjoyed meeting Dr Gullingsrud. He was very nice and took the time to explain option, by letting me know what we should try & if that didnt work, we would then look at another possibility. Max who took my eye tests was also also very friendly & nice.
Excellent appt. Tech explained procedures. Dr explained test results clearly so I cld understand.
