During my interaction with Dr. Costantini, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude that left me feeling unheard and my mother, (currently inpatient) feeling undervalued as a patient. Specifically, Dr. Costantini spoke in a condescending tone, and refused to answer reasonable questions. Furthermore, during our video conference, he instructed me to cease attending to my child and instead prioritize his needs. What can I say he saved my life with his God-given hands
This man saved my life along with the team of cardiovascular department. I will be forever grateful it was a very difficult surgery, but only 2% of patient survive. I’m doing quite well.
