Dr M has the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent, scheduler representing him. I had a dear friend that attempted to make an appointment and was treated horribly.
Before, Dr.Eugene M took time to listen to my concerns, but lately it has changed. In my last physical exam, he didn’t even take my vital signs. In addition, his front desk secretary tells me that she does not return the calls because she is busy. This attitude is unacceptable and worries me.
