Ordered a headstone for my mother in November 2023. Was told we would be contacted when it was done, in about 3 months, so we could pay. Have heard nothing yet. When meeting with the owner, was told by him that he doesn't listen to messages on his answering machine. My sisters live out of state and I live 2+ hours away so stopping at the business is not practical to do a follow up.
