These guys are amazing! Darren and Jack as well as Darren’s Wife go above and beyond to make sure the customers are always satisfied. Save yourself from the stress of other standard shipping services in Eugene and come on down and support.
If I could rate 10/10 I would! I was looking for a large mirror to be packaged for air cargo transportation and MAN did these guys go above and beyond! This mirror was so well packaged, it made it on 2 airplanes out to AZ without any issues. WAY cheaper than FedEx, who actually sent me here. You can't go wrong, plus, the shop dog is the sweetest.
Darren at Eugene Mailbox went above and beyond in the customer service department. I had sold a computer on eBay and took it in to them to have the box wrapped and picked up by the USPS carrier. The carrier never scanned the package into his system and so neither myself nor my buyer could use the tracking number. Darren provided me with footage from his security camera showing that it was picked up and taken out of the store by the USPS carrier.
