I love Eugene Mailbox! I’ve had a mailbox here for business purposes for >3 years. The convenience to ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx all from the same location saves a lot of time. The staff are fantastic and most have been there for the three years Ive known them. They frequently help me package personal shipments quickly which is well worth the slightly higher price! They also have very easy parking.
Lots of one star reviews from people who don't seem to understand how mail works. Been using this place for years, fantastic service, very happy with them.
This place is legit; faster than the post office, friendly staff, and easy-to-access services. A Eugene staple, with a friendly dog to boot.
Eugene Mailbox is a light in God’s earth. During Covid, they had tremendous courage! They were open everyday.
Quick and easy service, I’ve never had any problems. The staff is nice (including the dog)
