Moved our kid cross country for college, and they were instrumental for us! Eugene Mailbox is such a convenient place for shipping and mailing packages. Since there isn’t a DHL drop-off location in town, I’m really glad this place accepts DHL shipments. The prices are reasonable, and if you already have a prepaid shipping label, you can simply drop off your package, which makes the whole process quick and easy. The staff are always friendly, professional, and happy to help. Definitely a reliable place!

They would not provide a receipt for the packages I needed to drop off (for USPS). Every other mail center I’ve gone to, provides a receipt showing the tracking number that is associated with the package I am dropping off. Took my packages elsewhere, will not do business there.
