I visited Dr Kim for the removal of a fish bone stuck in my throat. He was super prepared and super efficient - he had studied my CT scan results prior to seeing me. He was to-the-point, explaining his first procedure (to laproscopically confirm if a bone was indeed lodged) clearly and succinctly. He found the bone, explained the next (extraction) procedure. I recently visited Dr. Kim for my tinnitus and vertigo and had a great experience with Dr. Kim. He was very patient, professional and responded to all my questions.
I wish I had read the reviews before I took my kid to see this doctor. Dr Kim was the weirdest and rudest doctor I’ve ever seen. He brushed off my concerns like no big deal. And just like other comment said, he spoke in medical terms. When I asked for explanations, he said “as I said this just a moment ago“ and repeated. (I’m not deaf, ok?) It was very unpleasant.
