Dr. Grady is awesome, but his staff is absolutely horrible and have caused me great anciery, wasted my time and wasted my money. I have been fighting with them for about six months to submit a referral to my insurance company which the staff continually refuses to do while stating it is someone else's error. I had to cancel my appointments and disrupt my medical care by dr grady because of this issue. I unfortunately will not be returning to this office ever again.
Dr Grady was professional and seemed quite knowledgable. But when he explained why he thought my previous diagnosis by my former rheumatologist of rheumatoid arthritis was wrong, he seemed to write me off. He just said, "call us if you need us." I guess he doesn't deal with osteoarthritis. But it would have been nice to at least have a referral to a doctor who does.
Dr. Grady was very professional. He was very thorough and caring. I felt very much at ease and felt he listened attentively. He was well versed with my history before my visit which was great. He included me in decisions about my care. The staff and nurses were also very professional and I did not wait long. I would recommend him.
