Mr. Levy drafted my mother’s will. After she passed away, we needed a copy of the will. He and his office were completely unresponsive. Emails and phone calls were not returned. At one point, I had asked for a quote to probate the will. He responded only to that request by sending me a retainer agreement. Given that I couldn’t get him to return my calls, I was not comfortable paying him a retainer and found another attorney to do the work. I was a client of Mr. Eugene Levy, and he handled my divorce case. My divorce case was dragged on unnecessarily, continuously neglected, and too many horrible mistakes were made. I wanted to dismiss services various times. There was no communication, and it was all about being DRIVEN by MONEY, and making more. My time sensitive paperwork was ignored, and at times I didn’t know about my court dates.
