We have tried to get a MRI for my husband, they scheduled one where they can’t do pacemaker, they clearly knew he has a pacemaker, then finally got to second appointment for MRI after a month wait, and should have had sedation order, nothing about sedation on order.. I don’t know who does the scheduling but they really need a new scheduler. I don’t know where the screw up was( with Elizabeth Settles , nurse or scheduler but they need to do way better!

Dr. Lafranchise, entered the room with a warm and friendly welcome and smile. He was very attentive to questions and concerns and explained my health very thoroughly. He made me feel secure and knowledgeable with how to go forward with my health issues. I am happy I had the pleasure of being his patient.
Really enjoyed my visits at with Dr. LaFranchise, very friendly and knowledgeable. Made things to where they are very understandable. Also his front office staff was incredible. They got me in on very short notice. Also Colleen went above and beyond to help me get things schedule when I needed it. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit all the way around.
He is lovely and funny..shared in great detail in layman's terms, what is going on with my heart. Wish he had a single twin brother. Lol
