Took my son here for an ear infection because it was late at night, first time mom so I didn't even know about urgent care. We were there for a total of 10 minutes. They looked in his ear and said there was nothing wrong and he's just sick. The male nurse was more focused on forcing a covid test on my son rather than give him medicine for his ear infection. Was treated terribly when I had checked myself into the ER to get help when I was suicidal. My medical records were falsified after I was forcibly given haldol and put in an isolation room because I asked to call a police officer or a crisis worker. I am now absolutely terrified to go to the doctor.
I was recently in the ER for passing a kidney stone, and was afraid I would need more Oxy for the pain, but Dr. Milligan cautioned me against it, and explained the hazards of the drug; and though I was upset at the time, his advice was wise. I cut back to just ibuprofen, and felt fine.
