Eugene made selling a house the easiest experience ever. He came over and started with explaining every thing ensuring we understood the process of getting the house ready for the market. If anything needed to be fixed he always knew a contractor who would come over and usually do the job for cheaper than what the other company’s wanted, and they did a good job.
