We had a great experience buying our first home with Eugene. Best part is that we were able to get all closing costs paid for, allowing us to keep more money to do the desired renovations and to buy new furniture to make our home feel even more perfect. Eugene made selling a house the easiest experience ever. He came over and started with explaining every thing ensuring we understood the process of getting the house ready for the market. If anything needed to be fixed he always knew a contractor who would come over and usually do the job for cheaper than what the other company’s wanted, and they did a good job.
