I really like my therapist, Melody George. She is compassionate and open to learning about life experiences she may not be as familiar with.
Tried to become a patient here but was told because I consume cannabis they wouldn’t be able to see. Was treated like an addict and would like this policy to be clearly stated on applications. I hope they hold people who drink or smoke tobacco to the same standard. Super disappointed especially because this is Eugene.
I had an overall good experience at this therapy center. My provider, Tyree, was fantastic, and I really appreciated the care he provided. Unfortunately, due to insurance issues, I couldn't continue seeing him but was fortunate to have Ron as my next provider, and he did great as well. The front office staff was also very helpful throughout my visits. However, I did encounter a frustrating situation regarding insurance coverage. The wait time was about two weeks and they were really good about reaching out and setting me up with a good therapist. I was specifically looking for a behavioral therapist and I found exactly that. All my appointments were done virtually and helped me work through a lot of the issues that I had dealt with. Great staff and great support.
