I recently moved to this area. True Value is the only hardware in town. When the (staff) answers the phones it seems as though they (staff) are being bothered/troubled. They always seem to put customers last. Whether it be that they are in a group socializing about their (weekends) and just overall lazy. This complaint has built up over the months.
