Eufaula Oil and Lube did a oil change on my vehicle a few weeks ago, did not correctly put my oil drain plug back in and caused me $130 worth of damage to my vehicle which could have been much more. I went to the shop to try and get reimbursed. I was told “mistakes happen and I should have brought it back to them” this “mistake” could have cost me my whole engine.
