I had a very frustrating experience with the Checotah office during my closing. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a client. I was even told they couldn’t get their work done because I was present in the office and because my realtor was calling—both of which are normal parts of a real estate transaction.
