Is the best massage therapist I’ve been to. She does amazing work and has been so helpful to deal with chronic pain.
Not only does Josie do an amazing job of caring for the areas that need it physically, but I always feel so relaxed and mentally at peace after each session. I can definitely tell when it's time for another visit!
Josie needs more than 5 ⭐️! She is professional and personable, making sure to pay special attention to problem areas, and communicating with me about my needs and wants. I trust her knowledge and skills, I walked out of there feeling 💯 times better and Josie gave me great advice on stretching! Would recommend to everyone!!! 🤩🤩
Josie is an amazing and skilled Massage Therapist. She listens, is curious, and adjusts her approach as needed for your needs. My job is very physical so regular bodywork is a must and Josie is one of my go to’s! She finds spots you didn’t even know existed and works them out. Her pressure is on point, and she is just a genuine soul that cares deeply for her community. I highly recommend you get on her schedule and experience it for yourself.
