Apartment shopping from a long distance away can be very frustrating. However, when I contacted the Euclid 3 apartment complex on the phone, Latasha answered and she was very helpful. I had tried to call, email, and make appointments online with other apartment complexes in the Cleveland area but I received limited responses. Thank you Latasha for being friendly and informative over the phone. In the day of AI, it was refreshing to still find a caring person on the phone to gather information from. Thank you.
Our son is just finishing up at CWRU and feel compelled to write a rewiew of his experience at Euclid3. The building was cost-effective, well located, clean, and very well managed throughout the year. As a parent living in Boston while my son was away at school, it was incredibly comforting to know there was real support on site whenever issues arose. Having LaTasha there in person mattered. really good experience at Euclid3. The building is modern, clean, and in a great location—everything you need is nearby, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. One thing that really stands out is the staff. Latasha is an amazing Property Manager—she’s helpful, professional, and makes sure all her residents are taken care of.
